Shoulder to Shoulder is a private, non-profit, organization that began providing healthcare services in rural Intibucá, Honduras (hence the Buca name) in 1990. Today, Shoulder to Shoulder:

to reduce poverty in the poorest areas of Honduras.
- Delivers more than 2,000 meals to children every
day.
- Provides healthcare, education, nutrition and
community development to over 25,000 people.
